KIDS CREATE was such a favorite here at the Children’s Library, where for 45 minutes, you and your family were able to participate in creating art, making slime, developing STEAM skills with our Lego Challenge, and enjoy recipes with our Food Fun. Even though we’re closed right now and we can’t do the things we used to do here at the library, you can still do the KIDS CREATE…AT HOME!

We’ve compiled all of our plans and ideas that we had developed before, and we decided to share them with you and your family, so that you can have your own version of KIDS CREATE at home.

Slime Lab. CHECK

Lego/STEAM Challenges. CHECK.

Arts and Crafts. CHECK.

We got you covered! Any of these activities can be done on ANY DAY you choose, for however long you want to create. It’s up to you! Once you’re finish with your creations, let us see your work! Take photos of the finish product and share it with us on social media! We would love to share them on our Homewood Public Library social media pages!
