National Hobby Month

with No Comments

Since January is National Hobby Month, we wanted to highlight some nonfiction books in the children’s department to get you started. What is a hobby exactly? It is something that you do for fun and not because you have to do it! As a librarian one of my favorite hobbies is reading and listening to books. Although you might think that is part of my job (and sometimes it is), when I’m at home I love to get lost in a graphic novel or listen to a nonfiction book to learn something new.
