For Read Woke this week, we are highlighting books about social injustices. It is very important that younger readers educate themselves with impactful books such as these to have an open dialogue among peers and adults about the injustices that people face around the world. It is never to late to stand up for what is right and to empower people who do not have the voice to be heard by the majority. We hope you get a chance to put some of these titles on hold to expand your knowledge about the different injustices that plague all types of people everyday.
