CULTURALLY DIVERSE FAIRY TALES

Summer Reading is almost here, and we are excited for this year’s theme: IMAGINE YOUR STORY! Some of our favorite stories are fairy tales, which we cannot wait to explore this summer, because there are so many of them from all over the world. Imagining yourself in some of these stories are not hard to do. Mostly everyone grew up with hearing fairy tales and folklore and, of course, not all of these stories come from Disney or The Brothers Grimm. There are numerous of fairy tales that originated from countries all over the world, and as more people get inspired by these stories, they make their own versions. Below is a list of books that are inspired by some of our favorite fairy tales with a link to each book’s record in our library.
