HAPPY APRIL FOOLS…kind of. Did you know April 1st is also Edible Book Day? No, this isn’t an April Fool’s joke. To celebrate both Edible Book Day and April Fool’s we’d like to share some cookbooks on unexpected cakes! Whether they’re made from unexpected ingredients, baked through unexpected methods, or disguised in unexpected shapes, these cakes are sure to still be good (or, at least, fun to make).
